Meebhoomi Andhra Pradesh 2026: 1-B, Adangal, Market Value & Stamp Duty
Meebhoomi (meebhoomi.ap.gov.in) is the Andhra Pradesh government’s land records portal. On it you can check the ROR-1B (record of rights), the Adangal (village account of each survey number), the FMB (field measurement sketch) and the village map, free and without visiting a revenue office. Before you buy, also check the government market value on the Registration and Stamps Department portal, registration.ap.gov.in, because stamp duty is charged on the market value or the sale price, whichever is higher. Andhra Pradesh revised urban land market values again from 1 February 2026, about a year after the February 2025 revision. Buyers pay about 7.5% on a sale deed: 5% stamp duty, 1.5% transfer duty and 1% registration fee. This guide explains how to use Meebhoomi, how to check the market value, and how to calculate stamp duty in Andhra Pradesh.
