Housepartner.in is an India-wide property listing and advertising platform. Owners, builders and agents can list property for sale and rent. These rules keep listings accurate and fair for everyone.
Accurate listings
- Listings must show real photos, the correct price, the correct location and accurate property details.
- Each property should be listed once. Separate unit types in one project (for example 2BHK and 3BHK) may have separate listings.
- Remove or update a listing as soon as the property is sold or rented.
RERA registration
Project listings must show the project’s RERA registration number for the relevant state. Projects without a RERA registration are not promoted or featured on Housepartner.
What is not allowed
- Guaranteed or assured return claims, such as fixed rental income or promised appreciation
- Fake, duplicate or misleading listings
- Misleading prices, photos or descriptions
- Listings for property the advertiser has no right to sell or rent
Our role
Housepartner is a listing platform, not a real estate agent or broker. Enquiries go directly to the owner, builder or agent who posted the listing. We may review, edit or remove any listing that breaks these rules.
Housepartner does not verify the legal title of any property. Before you pay, run your own checks. Our guides explain how to verify property documents, read an encumbrance certificate and spot fake listings.
Report a listing
If a listing looks wrong or misleading, use Report a Problem, contact our Grievance Cell, or email support@housepartner.in with the listing link. We review every report.
